Woody is left behind, but he somehow gets himself stolen by a greedy toy collector, Al McWhiggin, who plans to sell him, along with the Roundup Gang, consisting of Jessie, Bullseye, and Prospector Pete, to the Konishi Toy Museum in Tokyo, Japan.
